Getting ready for the summer

Alright guys im at 198 as of now and have started my summer cut in the winter lol so i have enough time to do it slow and right without tons of cardio and loosing muscle. Tell me what food you all rely on for cutting.

1.peanut butter
2.chicken breast
3.Protein shakes

  1. When cutting, I just cut down on the carbs while maintaining a maintenance amount of protein.

  7. A person could cut on nothing but peanutbutter, yes its calorie dense but for someone on keto the fat,protein,and low carbs is just right. As long as its all natural

    1 scoop whey
    1 tbsp pb
    milk

    mix all three and add enough milk till it has a nice thick texture

    fckign delicious like chocolate pudding
