What is your favorite Bodybuilding Breakfast?

Mine is usually some peanutbutter, granola and a protein shake. Yours?

  4. I usually make my own, 2 scoops of whey, 500ml of whole milk an 80g of oats + nutella.

  7. OATS! No better food in the morning than a warm bowl of oats, maybe some whey protein thrown in there. Or vanilla yogurt with oatmeal. Both are great

  9. This isn't a bodybuilding breakfast at all but, for about a month, I had a smoothie made of 4 ounces of:
    Blueberries or raspberries
    Sometimes peaches or mango
    Strawberries
    Banana
    Grape Juice
    Soy Milk

    Along with doing Insanity, and overall making my diet better, I lost 30 pounds in that month. Feels good man.
