This isn't a bodybuilding breakfast at all but, for about a month, I had a smoothie made of 4 ounces of: Blueberries or raspberries Sometimes peaches or mango Strawberries Banana Grape Juice Soy Milk
Along with doing Insanity, and overall making my diet better, I lost 30 pounds in that month. Feels good man.
